Welcome to MS High School. By enrolling your child and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission Process

  • Admission to MS High School is subject to the availability of space and meeting the school’s admission requirements.
  • Admission is finalized only upon submission of all required documents and payment of the applicable fees.
  • MS High School reserves the right to reject any application based on incomplete or false information.
  • Admission fees and tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Failure to make payment on time may result in the delay or cancellation of the admission.

2. Tuition Fees and Payment

  • All tuition fees, activity fees, and other charges are due as per the school’s fee structure, which will be shared with parents at the time of admission.
  • Fees are payable in advance and must be cleared by the specified due dates.
  • MS High School reserves the right to charge a late payment fee for overdue payments.
  • In case of non-payment for more than one month, the student’s admission may be suspended until payment is received.
  • If a student withdraws during the academic year, no fees will be refunded.

3. School Timings and Attendance

  • The school operates from 8:00 – 15:00. Students are expected to arrive on time.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory. Excessive absences without valid reasons may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Parents are required to inform the school in case of a prolonged absence or illness.

4. Parent-Teacher Meetings

  • Parent-teacher meetings are held at regular intervals to discuss the academic progress and behavior of the students.
  • Attendance at parent-teacher meetings is mandatory for parents or guardians.
  • Failure to attend these meetings without prior notice may affect the student’s standing and progress.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All students are expected to behave respectfully, follow the school rules, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Bullying, misconduct, or violence will not be tolerated.
  • Disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion, will be taken in cases of serious violations of school rules.
  • Parents are encouraged to support the school’s efforts in maintaining discipline and ensuring a conducive learning environment.

6. Exams and Assessments

  • Exams are conducted as per the school’s academic calendar. Students are expected to appear for all scheduled exams.
  • If a student misses an exam due to illness or other reasons, a medical certificate or relevant documentation must be provided.
  • MS High School does not allow re-examination or rescheduling of missed exams unless under exceptional circumstances.
  • In case of disputes regarding exam results, parents must raise the issue with the school administration within 10 days of receiving results. The decision of the school regarding the results will be final.

7. Fees Disputes

  • If parents have concerns or disputes regarding school fees, these must be addressed with the school administration immediately.
  • MS High School provides a clear fee structure, and any discrepancies must be reported for resolution.
  • Parents are required to clear all outstanding dues before the student can participate in any school functions or exams.

8. School Events and Activities

  • MS High School regularly organizes events and extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural programs, and annual functions.
  • Participation in events is encouraged but is not mandatory unless stated otherwise.
  • Parents will be informed in advance about events and any associated costs or requirements.
  • MS High School will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during extracurricular activities unless negligence on part of the school is proven.

9. Media and Photography

  • MS High School may photograph or record videos of students during school activities, events, and functions.
  • By enrolling your child, you consent to the use of these images or videos for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
  • If you do not wish your child to be featured in such media, you must inform the school in writing.

10. Withdrawal of Admission

  • In case of withdrawal of a student, parents must notify the school in writing [insert notice period] prior to the withdrawal.
  • The school will process the withdrawal and clear the student’s records once all dues have been paid.

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions

  • MS High School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Parents and students will be notified of any significant changes, and it is the responsibility of the parents to stay informed.
  • Continued enrollment and attendance at MS High School signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Liability

  • MS High School will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the student’s time at school except in cases of negligence on part of the school staff.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
